About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, you will serve as a critical partner to design, field, and client teams. Your mission is to drive continuous improvement and support commissioning to deliver safe, high-quality, value-driven construction outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and inspection/testing programs. You will oversee field inspections, materials testing, and third-party agencies while ensuring strict compliance with contract, code, and safety requirements. A key part of your day involves collaborating with project management, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues, providing training to field teams, and maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation.
