About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, you will serve as a critical partner to design, field, and client teams, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and value-driven construction outcomes.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement by developing project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and inspection/testing programs. Your day-to-day involves reviewing drawings and specifications for constructability, coordinating field inspections and third-party testing, and managing non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will also play a key role in commissioning, startup, and turnover by ensuring verified testing and quality documentation are in place.
Beyond technical oversight, you will foster a culture of quality and safety by providing training, coaching, and toolbox talks to field teams and subcontractors. You will integrate safety-first practices into quality processes and drive the adoption of improved construction methods and standards across projects.
