As a Quality Control Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for QA/QC operations within the Quality Assurance & Testing department. This role exists to ensure that every project we undertake meets the highest standards of contract compliance, building codes, and safety requirements. You will be the bridge between design, field operations, and client expectations, driving a culture where quality is integrated into every phase of construction.
In this position, you will develop and implement project-specific quality control plans and inspection programs. Your day-to-day involves reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure constructability, coordinating third-party testing agencies, and leading root-cause analysis for any non-conformances. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a vital role in team development by providing training and coaching to field teams and subcontractors. You will also support commissioning and turnover processes, ensuring that verified testing and documentation are complete before handover. Ultimately, you will drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and refining construction methods across our portfolio.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and qualifications, followed by a technical deep-dive into quality management systems and construction standards. Final candidates will meet with department leadership to discuss strategic alignment and team dynamics.
