About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of project integrity, ensuring that every deliverable meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and value.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, you will be the bridge between design intent and field execution. Your day will involve developing and implementing project-specific QC plans, overseeing rigorous inspections and testing protocols, and managing non-conformance issues from identification through root-cause analysis and corrective action. You will collaborate closely with design teams, field superintendents, and clients to resolve quality challenges in real-time, while driving continuous improvement across our construction methods and standards.
Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key role in culture and capability building by providing QA/QC training, coaching, and toolbox talks to field teams and subcontractors. Your work ensures that safety-first practices are seamlessly integrated into quality processes, supporting successful commissioning, startup, and turnover for every project you touch.
