About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, this role is critical for delivering safe, high-quality, value-driven construction outcomes. You will serve as the bridge between design, field operations, and client teams, ensuring that every project adheres to strict contract, code, and safety requirements.
In this position, you will develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and inspection/testing programs. Your day-to-day involves reviewing drawings and specifications for constructability, coordinating field inspections and third-party testing, and managing non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Beyond technical oversight, you will drive continuous improvement in construction methods and provide essential QA/QC training and coaching to field teams and subcontractors.
