About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, you will serve as a critical partner to design, field, and client teams to deliver safe, high-quality, value-driven construction outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and inspection/testing programs. Your day-to-day involves reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure constructability, coordinating field inspections and third-party testing, and managing non-conformance documentation. You will drive continuous improvement by leading root-cause analysis, supporting commissioning and turnover, and integrating safety-first practices into quality processes. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching to field teams and subcontractors to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
