About the Role

This role is designed for a professional with at least five years of successful field quality management experience in mission critical construction. You will serve as the guardian of quality for our data center projects, leading the planning, development, and implementation of Ryan's quality program. Your day-to-day involves managing daily QC responsibilities to ensure projects are constructed in strict accordance with established contract documents.

You will act as a central hub for quality, providing direct oversight of the documentation and physical inspection phases. This includes reviewing shop drawings and submittals, conducting root cause analysis on quality issues, and verifying that all materials meet approved specifications. A key part of your mission is to lead and train project team members, trade partners, and stakeholders on quality management requirements, ensuring everyone understands the standards of care for each scope of work. You will facilitate weekly QC meetings, manage corrective actions for non-conformances, and support phase turnover activities, including punch lists. If necessary, you will have the authority to stop work to resolve matters affecting safety, quality, or progress.
