About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to lead large-scale ground-up commercial and multifamily projects in an environment that genuinely invests in its people. You will drive onsite construction activities, managing complex schedules through detailed look-ahead planning and proactive issue resolution. The role requires championing safety standards, overseeing site logistics, and coordinating MEP/FP systems with trade partners.

As a key leader on the ground, you will run daily and weekly meetings to ensure alignment on sequencing and quality, while maintaining strong relationships with owners, design partners, and inspectors. The position culminates in driving project closeout, including punchlist management and turnover planning.
