About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts across a diverse portfolio of complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, this role is pivotal in ensuring that every project delivers safe, high-quality, and value-driven construction outcomes.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between design, field operations, and client expectations. Your day-to-day involves developing and implementing project-specific quality control plans, overseeing rigorous inspections and testing protocols, and managing non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve quality challenges in real-time. Beyond technical oversight, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing QA/QC training, coaching, and toolbox talks to field teams, ensuring that safety-first practices are seamlessly integrated into all quality processes.
