The Quality Control Lead Engineer serves as a strategic bridge between technical quality standards and business goals. In this leadership position, you will guide teams to ensure all products meet rigorous industry standards. Your role involves overseeing testing protocols, leading root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring strict compliance with regulations.
You will manage staff, budgets, and strategic quality initiatives while collaborating closely with R&D, Operations, and customers.
