We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join a local company's Quality Control Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with Adobe Illustrator experience who is eager to learn and grow within a stable work environment. The role offers a consistent daytime schedule with weekends off, providing a balanced routine for those interested in advancing their career in quality assurance.
In this position, you will perform quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and high standards. Your day will involve creating Manufacturing Batch Records, reviewing Certificates of Analysis and MSDS/SDS documents, and approving drums for shipment. You will support raw material sampling and testing, conduct weekly internal audits of clean rooms, wet rooms, and warehouses, and perform water testing. Additionally, you will assist with label revisions, documentation updates, and investigate non-conformance issues alongside the Manager. The role also includes logging commercial sales and returns, as well as providing customer service backup via phone, email, and web inquiries.
