As a Quality Control Analyst I, you will be the backbone of the laboratory's daily operations. Your day will involve performing routine testing on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure the highest standards of quality. You will maintain lab cleanliness, safety protocols, and equipment calibration standards while meticulously documenting testing results, investigations, deviations, and quality reports.
Beyond routine testing, you will actively participate in method validations, transfers, and troubleshooting activities. You will review laboratory data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, collaborating closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and external laboratories. You will also support audits, investigations, and corrective action processes to maintain a robust quality system.
