About the Role

The Senior Analytical Chemist serves as a technical leader within our laboratory, directly supporting manufacturing and R&D operations. This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex chemical analysis and operational efficiency. You will lead the development and qualification of analytical test methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring that every result drives project decisions and maintains the highest standards of quality.

In this position, you will not only execute complex analyses but also mentor junior staff and manage the transfer of test methods under Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP). The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting instrumentation and interpreting data to resolve production issues, often necessitating responsiveness to operational needs that may occasionally extend beyond standard hours. You will be the go-to expert for maintaining compliance with federal regulations and quality management systems while fostering positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
