About the Role
As a Tech 1, Quality Assurance specialist, you will be the backbone of the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab. Your day-to-day focus will involve conducting sample analysis testing, collecting and analyzing data with precision, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment. You will be responsible for documenting complaint samples, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and utilizing calibrated laboratory equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to escalate unexpected results to supervisors and appropriate teams to ensure project planning and tracking remain on schedule.

Work Environment
