About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to serve as a Quality Assurance Officer within our Leased Housing Department. This position is an integral part of the Leased Housing & Rental Services team, designed for face-to-face collaboration in our Providence, Rhode Island office.
The role exists to conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews of participant files across Leased Housing programs (HCV, PBV, Special Programs, and FSS). You will ensure compliance with federal (HUD) and state regulations, as well as RIHousing's Administrative Plan. Beyond individual file reviews, you will regularly evaluate departmental procedures and provide process-improvement recommendations to the Division Director and Assistant Director. This is a hybrid position where you will be deeply involved in our office environment, collaborating directly with the management team to develop training materials and streamline operations.

Requirements
