A Quality Assurance Manager at Lennar plays a critical role in managing construction quality to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This position is built on a career with purpose: making dreams come true by building zero-defect homes, managing costs, and adhering to schedules. The ultimate goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, culminating in a "Zero Defect Home" at the New Home Celebration.
In this role, you will partner with construction management teams and community stakeholders to inspect and evaluate home construction. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, approved plans, specifications, and local building codes. Your work involves identifying defects, documenting deviations, and communicating findings to contractors and customers. You will also conduct New Home Orientations, helping to guide customers through the final stages of their home purchase while maintaining detailed inspection records and providing training recommendations to improve overall quality standards.
