This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX, with full relocation provided. We are seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, trainable, and ready to learn. No aerospace experience is required; if you have basic manufacturing experience or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we will provide the training needed to succeed in satellite production manufacturing.
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will support production by ensuring that satellite components meet all quality and engineering requirements. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, working closely with production and engineering teams to verify that both in-process and finished products meet strict aerospace standards. It is an opportunity to enter the growing aerospace and advanced manufacturing industry while building valuable long-term career skills within one of the most innovative satellite manufacturing programs in the country.

Sound knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, production processes, and quality standards. Experience performing detailed product inspections using blueprints/specifications and precision measuring and test equipment. Associate degree in a technical or engineering field. 3+ years of inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or manufacturing environments. Experience with electrical systems, testing, and inspection using portable measuring devices. Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and manufacturing compliance requirements.
