We are currently seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Inspectors to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a critical checkpoint for product integrity, ensuring that parts, materials, components, and final assemblies meet rigorous customer, regulatory, and company specifications. You will utilize customer blueprints, engineering drawings, and purchase orders to perform detailed inspections on everything from circuit boards and harnesses to complex electronic apparatuses.
Your day-to-day involves measuring and recording conformity using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and DVMs. You will interpret schematics, bill of materials, and assembly drawings to evaluate PCB assemblies for solder join acceptability and correct part placement. Beyond technical inspection, you will play a key role in continuous improvement by assisting production teams, segregating nonconforming materials, and maintaining accurate records on Detailed Inspection Plans (DIP).
