As a Quality Assurance professional within our Columbia, MO facility, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our testing services. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting completed client laboratory reports and records, ensuring they meet strict standards for accuracy, traceability, and completeness. Your work involves evaluating addressed deficiencies for clarification and assessing their potential impact on compliance status.
In this role, you will actively assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures, including CAPA and change controls. You will review protocols, procedures, data, and reports to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, project plans, methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Effective communication is key; you will collaborate with scientific staff to resolve comments and interact with client staff members to address inquiries. You will also keep your supervisor informed of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner while meeting productivity metrics.
