About the Role

As an experienced QA Engineer/Analyst, you will join a collaborative environment as a consultant, sharing new ideas and driving projects without the extensive demands of travel. This role is part of the Project Talent Model, designed for professionals with specialized skills aligned to current client needs. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality services, with employment tied directly to your role on a project.

In this position, you will review requirements and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback, creating comprehensive test plans and executing manual and automated tests to verify functionality and performance. You will identify, document, and track bugs while performing thorough regression testing. Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate with Test Leads and development teams to enhance quality throughout the SDLC, independently lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement and optimization, and communicate regularly with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams.
