About the Role
As an experienced QA Engineer/Analyst, you will join a collaborative environment as a consultant, sharing new ideas and driving projects without the extensive demands of travel. This role is part of the Project Talent Model, designed for professionals with specialized skills aligned to current client needs. Team members focus on delivering high-quality services to clients, with employment tied to their specific project role.
In this position, you will independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes. You will implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes. The role requires the ability to work independently while sustaining professional relationships and providing clear guidance to others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
