About the Role

As the IT Quality Assurance Lead for Salesforce, you will serve as a strategic partner and mentor within our technology organization. This role is designed to ensure quality standards are met across the entire team while driving the evolution of our testing practices. You will be responsible for assigning resources to Scrum teams, coaching QA engineers, and planning the comprehensive testing lifecycle for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

In this position, you will function as a high-level resource, developing end-to-end test scenarios and providing thought leadership on quality architecture. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to anticipate cross-functional issues and solve complex testing challenges. Your day-to-day involves defining test strategies, managing defect reporting, and communicating quality metrics to IT stakeholders. Beyond execution, you will champion process improvements, conduct peer reviews, and help build the skills of less experienced team members, ensuring our testing practices remain innovative and efficient.
