About the Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for Salesforce, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for executing high-quality testing strategies across our Salesforce platforms. Your work ensures the reliability, scalability, and integrity of our enterprise applications.

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to validate complex Salesforce solutions. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, contribute to automation frameworks, and provide subject matter expertise to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will be part of a team that anticipates cross-functional testing risks, proactively recommends mitigation strategies, and mentors junior QA team members to support skill development and knowledge sharing.

Work Environment & Culture

This role is primarily remote. However, candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Irving, TX or Miami, FL—or within commuting distance of any Lennar hub—are expected to work onsite at least three days per week, or as otherwise directed by their manager. Up to 25% travel may be required.
