As an experienced QA Engineer/Analyst, you will join a collaborative environment as a consultant focused on delivering high-quality services to clients. This role is part of the Project Talent Model, designed for professionals with specialized skills aligned to current client needs. You will have the opportunity to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without the extensive demands of travel or additional expectations related to business development and promotion.
In this position, you will partner with the Test Lead and development teams to enhance quality throughout the SDLC. Your day-to-day involves reviewing requirements and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback, creating comprehensive test plans, and executing manual and automated tests to verify functionality and performance. You will independently lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation, while effectively communicating with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams.
