TECHNOGEN, Inc. is a proven leader in providing full IT services, software development, and solutions, with a 15-year track record of success. As a Small & Woman Owned Minority Business with GSA Advantage Certification, we have offices in Virginia and Maryland, alongside offshore development centers in India. Our portfolio includes the successful execution of 100+ projects for a diverse range of clients, from small businesses and non-profits to Fortune 50 companies and federal, state, and local agencies.
This position is a specialized opportunity with our client, Munich Reinsurance America Inc., located in San Francisco, CA. The role sits at the critical intersection of product understanding, test design, and technical analysis. You will work closely with developers and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to ensure quality is built in early throughout the development lifecycle.
In this hybrid capacity (2-3 days onsite per week), you will translate complex product requirements and implementation logic into meaningful test coverage, including edge cases and negative scenarios. Your day-to-day involves actively analyzing defects to reproduce issues reliably, investigating root causes, and providing actionable insights to the engineering team. You will validate complex workflows typical of a cybersecurity SaaS platform, such as scans, reports, configurations, and user flows, while ensuring all test work remains visible and traceable within the development ecosystem.
Local candidates only. Please note that this role is part of a specific client engagement within the TECHNOGEN portfolio.
