As an experienced QA Engineer/Analyst, you will join a collaborative environment as a consultant within our Project Talent Model. This model is designed for professionals with specialized skills aligned to current client needs, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality services without the additional demands of business development or promotion. Your employment is tied to your role on a project, offering a competitive benefits package tailored for project delivery-focused professionals.
In this role, you will share new ideas and collaborate on projects with minimal travel requirements. You will partner with the Test Lead and development teams to enhance quality throughout the SDLC, independently leading client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes. You will implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes while communicating regularly with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams.

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
