About the Role

TechLink Systems is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to support the Captive Finance IT Test Management department in Torrance, CA. This hybrid role focuses on validating critical mainframe upgrades to the Customer Account Servicing System (CASS) through the CAP (Customer Account Servicing System Application Package Release) process.

The CAP release mechanism bundles multiple RSECS (individual code changes or functional updates) into a single deployment. This role is essential for ensuring that account servicing functions remain correct, compliant, and performant while integrating Honda-specific customizations and homegrown modules. The ideal candidate thrives in complex mainframe environments, demonstrating a strong attitude toward understanding intricate systems and navigating highly regulated financial processes.

In this position, you will serve as a bridge between technical execution and business compliance. You will analyze CAP bundles to classify changes, determine the appropriate testing methodology (script-based, FFPP, or hybrid), and manage the full lifecycle of test planning and execution. Your work ensures that batch and online components function seamlessly, from calculations and error handling to end-of-term scenarios and interface impacts.

About the Team

You will be working within the Captive Finance IT environment, collaborating closely with developers, operations, and business stakeholders. The team is dedicated to maintaining audit-ready documentation and adhering to strict change control practices. Success in this role requires a partner who can drive root-cause analysis, communicate technical findings clearly, and help harden batch schedules and interfaces to support the broader automotive finance ecosystem.
