About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure accurate document processing and maintain high-quality standards. This role is vital for supporting both on-site and remote staff by reviewing work, identifying errors, and providing constructive feedback. As a member of the QA team, you will play a key role in training new employees on various document types and processes, ensuring they understand exactly where errors occur and how to correct them. You will also serve as a daily resource for Work from Home staff and on-site agents, answering questions and facilitating communication through the IDC chat.
