About the Team
The Cyber Data Analytics team at Conch Technologies delivers state-of-the-art cybersecurity engineering capabilities. We protect and enhance endpoint, cloud, SaaS, M&A, and joint venture security by encountering evolving threats using emerging technologies and a risk-based framework. Our mission is to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong security controls.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will work on a key initiative with a tight deadline, expected to contribute across all layers of the application. You will design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Python, building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. The position requires a deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, including retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance, as well as the ability to work across both application and infrastructure layers.
You will participate in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Our team operates in 2-week sprints, with changes deployed immediately upon completion and testing. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring optimal data modeling and query performance.
