We are seeking a senior leader to build and lead our Purchase Price Disputes practice within the Restructuring & Dispute Resolution Advisory group. This role is designed for an individual who combines deep transaction accounting expertise with strong dispute resolution judgment and commercial awareness.
In this position, you will serve as an independent neutral accountant in connection with M&A-related disputes, advising clients on post-closing purchase price adjustment disputes. You will interact with team members across all levels of the practice, providing a wide suite of services that allows you to learn, grow, and build your skills. The ideal candidate will act as an independent and credible decision-maker in contentious matters, leading engagements involving working capital adjustments, indebtedness disputes, cash and transaction expense disputes, earn-outs, and GAAP interpretation issues.
CohnReznick operates as a hybrid firm where most professionals are located within a commutable distance to an office. This specific position is considered remote, meaning job duties do not need to be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
