We are seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our dynamic team in Omaha. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and mentoring learners at all levels. You will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services across our Omaha network, including the Level 1 trauma tertiary medical center at Creighton University Bergan-Mercy Medical Center.
In this position, you will collaborate with a robust team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians to advance evidence-based practices regionally and nationally. Your clinical scope will encompass full-spectrum ICU services, including ECMO and eICU programs, as well as an interventional pulmonary service featuring robotic navigational bronchoscopy and a full range of airway and pleural interventions. You will also have the opportunity to engage with an accredited sleep lab and contribute to an active clinical research program.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in our educational mission. You will teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows within an accredited Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine fellowship program, with plans to launch a Sleep Medicine fellowship in 2026. The role includes an academic appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine, with a rank commensurate with your experience, and participation in weekly fellow conferences, grand rounds, and didactic sessions.
