Cleo Consulting is partnering with the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) to support the Rural Health Transformation Fund (THRIVE) initiative. This role serves as a critical bridge between the TDH Central Office, Regional Healthcare Coalitions (HCCs), and rural health partners. The primary mission is to standardize, collect, validate, and report performance data that drives federal compliance and data-informed decision-making across the state's rural healthcare landscape.
As the Rural Health Data & Coalition Performance Analyst, you will ensure alignment with complex federal objectives, including CMS Rural Health Transformation goals, ASPR Healthcare Preparedness Capabilities, and Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) standards. Your work will directly influence how the state measures coalition effectiveness, tracks healthcare system readiness, and monitors access to care for rural communities.
Your work will span data strategy, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will develop and implement standardized data collection tools, coordinating with Regional Healthcare Coordinators to ensure consistent submission across all coalitions. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to validating data accuracy, analyzing trends to identify performance gaps, and creating visual dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Beyond the data, you will serve as a technical liaison, providing guidance to coalitions on reporting expectations and supporting the state's preparedness goals. This includes tracking metrics for workforce development, facility readiness, and mutual aid agreements. You will regularly synthesize this information into monthly and quarterly reports for TDH leadership, ensuring the state meets its federal grant requirements and THRIVE metrics.
Candidates selected for this opportunity will undergo a standard vetting process including a review of qualifications, a technical assessment of data management skills, and an interview with the hiring team to assess cultural fit and domain knowledge.
