CAN Community Health is a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, and other infectious diseases. Recognized for six consecutive years as one of the NPT's Best Non-Profit to Work For, we foster a supportive environment where professional growth and patient care intersect. Our team is united by a passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of our community members every day.
As a Healthcare Business Strategy Analyst, you will become a strategic partner in driving our mission forward. This role is designed to evaluate our current clinical and support service offerings while identifying high-impact opportunities for growth. You will bridge the gap between data and decision-making, assessing market needs, emerging trends in primary care and chronic disease management, and service delivery gaps across our network.
In this position, you will generate data-driven recommendations to enhance patient outcomes, expand access to care, and ensure organizational sustainability. From analyzing service lines like HIV care and behavioral health to developing business cases for new programs, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, and financial teams. Your work will directly influence how we prioritize service opportunities based on mission alignment and strategic value, ensuring we remain responsive to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our team. The interview process typically involves a review of your application, followed by a conversation with the hiring team to discuss your experience and alignment with our mission. Selected candidates will proceed to further interviews to explore their strategic thinking and cultural fit before an offer is extended.
