Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with program objectives
- check_circleCreate high-quality written content including articles, press releases, and briefing materials
- check_circleCollaborate with creative teams to produce visual communications products
- check_circleServe as a peer reviewer to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of communications
- check_circleLead community relations efforts and plan outreach initiatives
- check_circleManage digital and social media platforms including content planning and analytics
- check_circleSupport development of communication materials for senior leadership and program managers
- check_circleManage and track communications-related taskers and deliverables under tight deadlines
- check_circleWrite executive correspondence, speeches, and leadership communications
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years of experience in public affairs, public relations, or a related field
- verifiedOR 10 years of relevant military service in a related field
- verifiedSecret clearance required
Nice to Have
DINFOS accreditation or similar professional certification. Portfolio of published articles or communications products. Experience supporting DoD, Army, or Intelligence Community organizations. Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar content creation platforms. Experience supporting senior leadership communications and high-visibility initiatives.
