We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our Communications team on a temporary, six-month basis. This hands-on role is pivotal for delivering clear, engaging, and timely communications to employees across the region. You will serve as the bridge between HR, business units, and global communications teams, managing high-impact channels such as newsletters, intranet content, and multimedia storytelling.
Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple workstreams from concept to execution. You will lead the full communications lifecycle, ensuring that updates on HR initiatives, employee benefits, facilities, and business continuity are accurate and impactful. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the internal narrative while collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including global colleagues in Paris and Canada.
Your work will span editorial, digital, and multimedia domains. You will produce key internal publications like the Americas Weekly and Monday Briefing, curating engaging content for our employee audience. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining our intranet and SharePoint repositories, ensuring all information remains current and relevant.
Beyond writing and editing, you will act as a visual storyteller. This includes designing newsletters, creating visual assets, and supporting video production and photography for internal events. You will also provide onsite support for leadership events, managing teleprompters for senior executives and coordinating headshot sessions in our studio. Additionally, you will assist with external-facing content, including LinkedIn updates and wholesale website revisions, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards.
Interested candidates should submit their resume and a portfolio of relevant work (including samples of newsletters, articles, or multimedia projects) to the recruitment team. Selected applicants will be contacted for an initial screening to discuss the role's scope and availability for the six-month term.
This is a local role based in New York, NY. The position requires an onsite presence four days per week to effectively support leadership events, manage the photo/video studio, and collaborate with the team.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
