About the Role
As a Retail Store Associate, you will be the face of our "WOW!" standard of customer service. This role is about treating the customer right and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to create special experiences. You will be the center of what we do, developing an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
Your day will involve layering personalized service into every interaction, from the initial greeting to the fitting room and the register. You will communicate sales and promotions effectively, capture customer emails, and empower yourself to provide positive resolutions to any concerns. Beyond customer interactions, you will assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise, maintaining high standards for merchandising and presentation, and ensuring the sales floor, stockroom, and hospitality areas are clean and ready for customers.
