About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care in a rural clinic setting. This 13-week contract position offers a unique blend of outpatient and inpatient coverage, with 80% of the time dedicated to outpatient services and 20% to inpatient duties. The role serves a diverse patient population ranging across all ages, primarily managing general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, workers' compensation claims, and trauma. While the focus is on general physical therapy, wound care duties may be required if the candidate holds the appropriate certification.
Schedule and Environment
The position operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The role includes rotating weekends, occurring less than once per month. This schedule is designed to support the operational needs of a rural facility while maintaining a consistent workflow for the therapist.
