About the Role
As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will deliver comprehensive mental health services in both in-office and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure patients receive evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy alongside thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring outcomes to adjust interventions based on patient progress.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and clinicians to manage patient care, perform risk assessments, and handle crises in accordance with ethical guidelines. You will also participate in case conferences, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
