LifeStance Health is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. We foster a culture of empowerment, quality, and collaboration, ensuring that every team member has opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Our mission is to support patient-centered outcomes through integrated, ethical care.
As a licensed Psychologist, you will be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and conducting comprehensive assessments for diverse patient populations. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient needs, offering care in both in-office and telehealth settings.
In your day-to-day, you will create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, monitor progress using standardized outcome measures, and adjust strategies as needed. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care. Beyond direct patient care, you will maintain thorough clinical documentation within our EHR system and participate in case consultations and peer review activities to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Candidates interested in joining our team are encouraged to apply with their credentials and a brief statement of interest. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by an interview to discuss clinical experience and fit with our collaborative culture.
LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring a workplace where everyone can thrive.
