About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will serve as a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role exists to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and adolescents, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and patient needs. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy across both in-person and secure telehealth settings.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a high standard of therapeutic alliance, offering crisis intervention, and utilizing electronic health records to ensure accurate documentation. Requirements
