About the Role
Our group practice is designed for practitioners who thrive with professional autonomy rather than micromanagement. Located in a premier, high-end professional building in Albuquerque, we provide a sophisticated space that reflects the high standard of care we deliver. To allow you to focus entirely on clinical care, we provide a comprehensive administrative infrastructure. This includes proactive marketing, dedicated intake coordination, and full-service billing and insurance processing. Your workflow is further simplified through a streamlined digital scheduling and documentation platform, ensuring your administrative tasks remain minimal and efficient.
As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the freedom to create a schedule that works best for you, choose the mix of clients that feels right, and bring your own professional style to your work. We prioritize financial reliability by processing payroll bi-weekly based on sessions conducted, ensuring you are paid regardless of insurance claim cycles. Additionally, we protect your time by providing compensation for no-show appointments whenever the associated fee is collected.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- verifiedActive NM clinical license (LMHC, LAMFT, LPCC, LMFT, or LACSW, LCSW) or open to working towards NM licensure
- verifiedExperience in Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Health psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- verifiedIndependent Contractor status with ability to manage own taxes, licensure, and liability insurance
Nice to Have
Experience in Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management), or Marriage and Family Therapy.
