About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Therapist to join our Buckeye Outpatient Clinic. This is a Monday-Friday position where you will provide timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children, and adolescents.
As a Therapist, you will become part of an incredible team dedicated to delivering care guided by the Jason K Principles and adhering to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and ADHS. Your day will involve conducting intakes, assessments, and treatment planning, while providing psychiatric support and group interventions. You will engage in solution-focused, strength-based services, coordinate closely with case managers and community partners, and provide on-call crisis intervention coverage as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including those with co-occurring disorders, and to make a tangible impact on the lives of families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement treatment plans, assessment criteria, and programmatic goals
- check_circleConduct intakes and psychosocial assessments for families and individual members
- check_circlePerform on-call crisis intervention coverage including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation of consumer contacts, services, and treatment progress
- check_circleConduct home visits and case consultations with other organizations as needed
- check_circleProvide therapy and clinical case management for a full caseload of clients
- check_circleCoordinate with case managers, clinical teams, and outside community agencies
- check_circleMonitor caseloads for authorizations and re-authorizations as required
Requirements
- verified21-year age minimum
- verifiedMaster's degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work)
- verified1 year full-time behavioral health experience
- verifiedFingerprint clearance from Arizona DPS or eligibility within 8 weeks
- verifiedCPR and First Aid certification
- verifiedPersonal auto insurance per SBH guidelines
- verifiedSpanish speaking preferred
