Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) is a large, growing, non-profit community-based provider of behavioral health services with over 40 years of experience. We are a well-established voice in the community, operating more than 115 sites across the Phoenix metropolitan area and rural counties including Maricopa, Gila, Pinal, Mohave, Coconino, and Yavapai. With over one thousand employees, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, life-changing services to the communities we serve.
We are currently seeking a full-time Therapist to join our Buckeye Outpatient Clinic. This is a Monday-Friday position where you will provide timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children, and adolescents.
As a Therapist, you will become part of an incredible team dedicated to delivering care guided by the Jason K Principles and adhering to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and ADHS. Your day will involve conducting intakes, assessments, and treatment planning, while providing psychiatric support and group interventions. You will engage in solution-focused, strength-based services, coordinate closely with case managers and community partners, and provide on-call crisis intervention coverage as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including those with co-occurring disorders, and to make a tangible impact on the lives of families and individuals.
