About the Role
As a Licensed Talk Therapist, you will join a supportive environment where you can deliver high-quality counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to provide in-person and telehealth therapy, allowing you to meet clients where they are most comfortable. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and ensure culturally responsive care aligned with professional standards.
In this position, you will utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT to address diverse client needs. You will also manage diagnostic assessments, crisis interventions, and risk evaluations while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system. The role is designed to foster your professional development through ongoing supervision and consultation with peers and clinical leaders.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold an active, independent clinical license in their practicing state and be eligible for insurance paneling.
