This opportunity places you within our academic behavioral health team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. You will join a supportive physician leadership structure with a robust administrative infrastructure and an established outpatient behavioral health referral network.
This full-time position is designed for child psychiatrists seeking a collaborative outpatient practice environment with meaningful academic involvement. You will serve as a faculty member, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for child and adolescent patients in a 100% outpatient setting.
A defining feature of this role is the active integration into Graduate Medical Education (GME). You will mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, leading clerkships in psychiatry training and helping to shape future Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training initiatives. The role offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on high-quality clinical care and academic development.
