Hermitage Hall is a residential treatment facility dedicated to the needs of young people who have experienced severe trauma and are exhibiting reactive behaviors as a result. Our facility provides specialized treatment to residents at this crucial time, offering targeted care from a dedicated staff of therapists, psychiatrists, clinicians, and more, all trained to work with this sensitive population.
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our clinical efforts within a residential treatment setting serving a child and adolescent patient population, ages 8-17. This position is designed to balance high-level leadership with direct patient care, structured as 75% Medical Director duties and 25% Clinical duties.
The role offers flexibility in how you serve our community, with options for full-time employment or independent contracting. You may choose to provide on-site service or adopt a hybrid model combining on-site work with tele-psychiatry. As a key member of our team, you will help shape the specialized care provided to our residents during their most critical moments.
