We are seeking a motivated and experienced property management professional to join our team serving our apartment home community. The ideal candidates are natural leaders with strong verbal and written communication skills, superb customer service, leasing and marketing expertise, and seasoned experience in affordable housing.
Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager supports and assists in all aspects of community operations. This role requires a professional who is outgoing, patient, and friendly, capable of multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical and financial health of the community, directing the organization of resident activities, and preparing newsletters to maintain resident loyalty and retention.
Applicants must be proficient in computers and property management software, including Microsoft Office Products. A background check and drug screen are required for all candidates.
