This position serves as the central hub for the end-to-end contracting documentation and payment process for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). You will be the sole owner of understanding, reviewing, and executing all Programs and Grand Committee (PGC) HCP guidelines and regulations. Acting as the primary point of contact for all HCP communications and inquiries, you will manage the full lifecycle of HCP interactions, from initial engagement to final payment reconciliation.
In this role, you will partner with Medical & Evaluation (M&E) colleagues and Legal Contract Specialists to ensure seamless execution of contracts and travel requirements. Your day-to-day involves guiding the business on best practices for HCP interactions, monitoring data integrity within the HCP Engagement system, and applying independent judgment to resolve complex compliance issues. You will be the trusted advisor for consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all engagements adhere to strict policy guidelines while maintaining accurate and secure data records.
