The Portfolio Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Finance, Contracts Management, Service Operations, and Field Operations teams. This role exists to support existing clients' service programs by managing the financial and operational lifecycle of customer contracts. You will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting contract structures, researching and analyzing new service pricing, creating client budgets, and generating financial sales support materials to drive growth opportunities within your assigned operational territory.
In this position, you will frequently interact with operational management to define, analyze, and build service programs. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor and client-facing communication, as you may be required to present recommendations directly to clients. You will independently lead customer engagement meetings, solve complex problems regarding customer requests, and ensure all account activities align strictly with customer contracts.
This position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a requirement that candidates currently reside within a 70-mile radius of the city. The role operates on a Hybrid model, combining remote work with time in our Central (Corporate) Office located on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
