At Sage at 1240, the Property Manager serves as the cornerstone of community success, responsible for maintaining the property to a market-ready standard while delivering a high level of service. This role is designed to motivate and lead high-performing teams, ensuring the property operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The Property Manager acts as the primary liaison for residents and prospects, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and community reputation through superior communication and conflict resolution.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed while fostering a positive living environment for residents.
Your day will involve overseeing all operational aspects of the community, from maintenance and capital improvements to lease administration and budgeting. You will manage the entire on-site team, including leasing, customer service, and maintenance personnel, focusing on mentoring, engagement, and minimizing turnover. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to analyzing competition, developing creative marketing programs, and driving revenue. You will also handle financial responsibilities, including expense control, audits, and collections, while ensuring all resident files and lease paperwork meet company standards.
