The Property Manager at The Yard provides overall location management and administrative support. In this role, you will be required to wear many hats, ranging from ordering office supply stock and managing equipment to community development and brand standard maintenance. You will play a key part in obtaining sales and occupancy goals while ensuring a positive work environment is maintained.
Your day-to-day involves welcoming new members through a comprehensive onboarding process, facilitating move-in and move-out procedures, and curating monthly programming to cultivate collaborative relationships with members and their networks. You will also serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring that the location is presented in accordance with brand standards and that maintenance issues are handled promptly.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to multitask with excellent time management, their attention to detail, and their strong communication skills. We are looking for individuals who can deliver quality service efficiently and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Experience or passion for the hospitality, customer service, and sales industries is highly valued.
